CANYONWEST CASES specializes in solving complicated case and foam-interior challenges. Our foam interiors offer the best protection for valuable items needing to be transported or stored.  Case inserts are designed for superior durability and meet individual customer specifications and budgets. And, best of all, our custom foam inserts are close in price to stock foam.

Interior foam protection is just as important as the case. You can buy the best case in the world but if the foam protection isn't designed properly, your valuable items can be damaged. That's why our case and foam experts develop protection solutions that meet and often exceed our customers’ requirements.

The Foam Design Process
We develop custom foam interiors in two ways: you can send us drawings or send us the parts to be foamed. Once we understand your requirements, we will provide a CAD drawing of the foam for your approval. Upon approval, we will hand-cut one set of foam and send you one completed case and foam set for final approval prior to production.  Any parts sent to us will be returned at that time. Our custom interiors usually ship in two weeks, depending on complexity and order size.

Types of Foam
CANYONWEST CASES custom foam inserts are fabricated from the industry’s best materials including polyester and polyethylene. Foam is available in multiple colors and densities, we even provide anti-static foam and heat laminated foam. Our custom foam capabilities include the use of state-of-the-art water jet cutting, steel rule die presses, and CAD/CAM technology for consistent, accurate foam cuts every time.
