Roto-Rugged (8800 Series) Rolling Tool Case
Vertical Configuration

Our Roto-Rugged rolling tool cases protect your tool investment. Features include recessed 1/4-turn latches, spring-loaded handle and padlock loops. Traveling field repair technicians will appreciate how rugged and durable these cases are. And, you will like the long telescoping handle that extends to 42.00”. Vertical case configuration maneuvers through tight places.
Cases are rotationally molded. This means that the corners are much stronger than vacuum formed tool cases. Roto-Rugged cases are made from high density polyethylene with vertical ribbing for added strength. Equipped with a rugged aluminum frame, positive-action lid stays, molded-in feet and a full piano hinge.

8800 Series Rolling Tool Case, Horizontal Configuration
Like all the 8800 series cases the 8800 rolling tool case is rotationally molded. This means that the corners are much stronger than vacuum formed tool cases. The 8800s are made from high density polyethylene with vertical ribbing for added strength. They have a rugged aluminum frame, positive-action lid stays, molded-in feet and a full piano hinge. Case has two quarter-turn twist latches and padlock loops (accept 3/8" shackle) for an optional padlock, two semi-recessed wheels and a 42.00” telescoping handle. Horizontal configuration helps keep tools in place.

Tool cases are made of ultra tough high molecular polyethylene plastic with vertical ribbing for added strength. It has a rugged aluminum frame, two locking flip latches, long-life positive action lid stays, molded-in feet, a full piano hinge, and a high impact padded handle. Cases are vacuum formed. 0450FOAM is an optional do-it-yourself foam set for the 0450WD case consisting of Tool-Control foam for all 7 drawers and the top tray. The two-color foam (black top layer and red bottom layer) provides a visual contrast to show when a tool is missing. The black top layer is .25" thick and the red bottom layer is .75" thick. Simply trace your tools and cutout the the top layer of foam. Note: The foam is custom made for your order. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot accept returns once your order is shipped, so please call our trained staff with any questions prior to ordering.
Tool Pallets with Elastic Straps: Pelican's versatile nylon elastic strap system fits any tool
and keeps it firmly in place during transport. Tool pallets
are available in vertical or horizontal configuration.
